Terms of Service

Exigyn is a product of Dark Helix, LLC ("Exigyn", "we", "us"). Our relationship with customers is governed by our Master Services and SaaS License Agreement (the "MSA"), together with the order forms and statements of work that reference it.
Executing an order form or statement of work that references the MSA constitutes agreement to its terms. If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Master Services and SaaS License Agreement
The MSA is the master contract covering subscriptions to the Exigyn platform and any professional services.
Supporting terms
The following terms may be incorporated into your MSA by reference. Organizations may request fully executed versions by contacting angus@exigyn.com.
