Master Services Agreement
Exigyn's relationship with its customers is governed by our Master Services and SaaS License Agreement ("MSA"), along with order forms for our software subscriptions and professional services.
If you do not have a signed MSA with Exigyn but execute an order form or statement of work that references Exigyn's MSA, you agree to the terms set forth in the MSA linked below. If you are entering into the MSA on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to the MSA's terms and conditions.
Privacy Terms
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about Exigyn's privacy practices. The terms below may be incorporated into your MSA with Exigyn by reference. If you wish to execute any of these documents for your organization's records, please have an authorized representative sign the necessary form and return it to legal@exigyn.com. We will return a fully executed version upon completion.
